Dominion Eye Care, a physician-owned ophthalmology practice with a 40-year history in Northern Virginia, is seeking a full-time or part-time ophthalmologist to join our established and growing practice in Manassas and Warrenton, Virginia.

We are seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist or a physician with subspecialty training in glaucoma, cornea, or oculoplastics. Residents and fellows graduating in 2027 are encouraged to apply.

• Located in the vibrant communities of Northern Virginia with close proximity to Washington, DC. This area offers an abundance of opportunities from cultural events, museums, outdoor activities, and a world class restaurant scene
• High surgical volume with an established patient base
• Strong premium cataract surgery program, including a high rate of premium IOL and femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery
• Established Dry Eye Center offering advanced and premium dry eye treatment options
• Mentorship from experienced ophthalmologists, particularly for physicians transitioning from residency or fellowship into independent practice
