We are passionate about preparing students for successful healthcare careers and are seeking a dynamic, student-focused Admissions Advisor to join our growing team.

The Admissions Advisor serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and helping them take the next step toward a rewarding career in healthcare. This role combines student follow-up and enrollment, administrative coordination, and relationship-building to ensure each student receives the highest level of support from inquiry to enrollment to start.

• Conduct engaging admissions interviews (Career Planning Session) with prospective students and their families (when possible) in person and by phone.
• Present program offerings, admission requirements, and career outcomes in a clear, motivating way.
• Assist students through the application, Student Finance, and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate student records and track leads through the admissions database.
• Collaborate with Student Finance, academic and other teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Represent Ultimate Health School at community events, career fairs, and information sessions when needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed enrollment goals while maintaining ethical admissions standards.
• Support the school’s mission to change lives through education and personal growth

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (preferably in education or healthcare).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
