We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing consistent care and education in a stable, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of our schools.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (hours vary by location)
• Locations:
  Manassas and Woodbridge

• Be committed to upholding standards for high‑quality child care at every level.
• Meet the individual needs of the children, interact with all children to support play and learning.
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Participate in staff trainings and required teacher trainings.
• Establish positive and effective communication and relationships with families.
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, loving, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Be familiar with the child care field and pay scale.
• Must have reliable attendance and accountability.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Minimum of one year experience working in a licensed child care facility.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CDA, Bachelor’s degree or higher in ECE, Elementary Education, or related; or
• Current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program; or
• Ability to pass background and fingerprinting check.
• Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience or education in physical education or sports medicine.
