Manassas - Round Elementary School Pay:
Range $14.50-17
Hours:
No weekends! Part-time (mornings and/or afternoons)! The before-school hours are 6:00-9:15 AM, and the after-school hours are 3:00-6:30 PM. Part-time benefits- health, dental, and vision

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.
We're looking for an early learning professional who:- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included - Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must pass a Background Screening and Central Registry check
