In this role, you’ll lead a team of engineers to improve product quality, drive yield optimization, and implement advanced process control across CMP and Wets areas—essential steps in producing next-generation memory and storage technologies.

At the nanoscale, process uniformity and material integrity are mission-critical. CMP and Wets are central to surface preparation, defect management, and material transitions in advanced node fabrication. Your decisions and leadership will directly shape fab performance.
As Engineering Manager, you will:
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams for yield, output, and tool optimization.
Champion process reliability and equipment performance
, reducing variation and waste.
Drive investigations and root-cause analysis of yield-limiting issues.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
, cost control, and process enhancement.
Manage strategic equipment installs, modifications, and upgrades.
Build a culture of safety, SPC/FDC compliance

Candidates with a background in mechanical, materials, chemical engineering, or physics
