Electra in Manassas is seeking a Senior Systems Test Manager to create and lead its ground systems test and evaluation capability from the ground up. You will build instrumentation labs and drive a service-oriented function with engineering as the primary customer, owning budget and staffing decisions.
You'll lead software/hardware-in-the-loop lab development and serve as the main point of contact for all ground testing activities with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
