Become a Vital Member of Northern Virginia’s Leading Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

Are you enthusiastic about real estate and detail-focused? We’re looking for a motivated Real Estate Assistant to join our fast-growing, energetic team based in Northern Virginia.

Our team collaborates with Zillow Flex, operates out of a cutting-edge office space, and boasts one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, generating over 10 million monthly views across Instagram and You Tube.

Primary Duties

• Provide essential administrative support and manage transaction coordination for our agents
• Oversee listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage installation, and schedule professional photography
• Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• Organize property showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• Support marketing initiatives including social media content creation, email marketing, and CRM management

• Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Ambitious and eager to advance within the real estate field

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
