This modern, fully renovated hospital offers 24/7 Emergency and Specialty services, including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Medical Oncology, and Ophthalmology. The facility boasts advanced imaging capabilities, including a Siemens CT, and is supported by an exceptional team of experienced clinicians and technicians. As Medical Director, you’ll work in a Dyad Leadership Model, partnering closely with the Hospital Director to guide both Emergency and Specialty teams. You’ll have the opportunity to influence clinical standards, mentor doctors, drive operational excellence, and shape the future growth of the hospital. • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Virginia
• 5+ years of progressive clinical experience with proven leadership ability
