Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support people operations and foster a positive, compliant workplace environment in Manassas, Virginia. This role will oversee core HR activities, including employee support, benefits coordination, onboarding, and HR systems administration. The ideal candidate brings a practical understanding of HR processes, strong interpersonal judgment, and the ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Guide daily human resources operations across employee relations, policy administration, and staff support activities.

• Manage onboarding processes to create a smooth and organized experience for new hires from offer acceptance through orientation.

• Administer employee benefits programs, respond to questions, and coordinate enrollment and related updates accurately.

• Maintain and update HRIS records to ensure personnel data is complete, current, and properly documented.

• Address workplace concerns with discretion, provide guidance to employees and managers, and help resolve issues in alignment with company policies.

• Support compliance efforts by maintaining required records, monitoring HR documentation, and helping ensure adherence to employment regulations.

• Partner with leadership on HR administration needs, reporting, and process improvements that strengthen team operations.

• Assist with departmental projects and operational changes, including updates to internal HR processes or systems when needed.
