: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Title: Technical Support Technician
Location: Manassas, VA
Duration: 4 months, can extend
Compensation: $20-22/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

• Resolve critical tickets related to hardware and network-related issues.
• Autonomously triage, resolve, and document tickets in accordance with set processes and SLAs.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and effective resolutions.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a technical support or IT-related role (focused on hardware and/or network related issues)
• Basic knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently resolve tickets and follow SOPs
• Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Technical certifications are preferred
