Hana Implementation Program Manager to help us create the future of flight.
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4
Hana, including planning, mobilization, execution, cutover, and stabilization. - Define and manage program governance, including steering committees, workstream leadership, reporting cadence, and decision‑making structures.
- Develop and maintain the master integrated project plan, aligning milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risk mitigation actions.
- Own program budget, financial tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting to executive leadership.
- Ensure all work streams deliver on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope and quality standards.
- Implement strong change‑control processes, ensuring impacts are understood, approved, communicated, and tracked.
- Manage SAP, implementation partners, system integrators, and third‑party vendors to ensure accountability, performance, and delivery quality.
- Oversee contract obligations, SLAs, staffing levels, and escalation paths.
- Serve as the primary bridge between business leadership, functional owners, and technical teams.
- Ensure functional processes, integration points, and data flows are designed to meet business needs and support end‑to‑end performance.
- Drive solution validation, user acceptance strategies, business readiness, and organizational change adoption.
- Proactively identify program risks, issues, and dependencies; lead mitigation planning and cross‑functional resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Oversee multi‑disciplinary project teams including internal staff, contractors, and consulting partners.
- Ensure appropriate resourcing across work streams; resolve staffing conflicts and prioritize critical‑path needs.
- Foster a high‑performance culture through collaboration, communication, and accountability.
- Provide clear, timely communication to executives, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Support change‑management efforts including training planning, communications, organizational readiness, and post‑go‑live support strategies.
- Translate complex technical issues into business‑aligned impacts and recommendations.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4
Hana (preferably RISE). - Demonstrated success managing large‑scale, multi‑year transformation programs with budgets >$10M.
- Strong expertise in program governance, cost management, vendor management, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Deep understanding of SAP functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) and end‑to‑end business process integration.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive‑level reporting skills.
- Must be US Person.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Background in complex systems integrations, cloud migrations, and data governance.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAP‑related certifications.
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
- Ability to work on‑site weekly at our Manassas, VA site.
