• Design, develop, and deploy robust ML algorithms to solve business problems in supply chain, factory operations, workforce management, and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

• Own end-to-end solutions: design, develop, and deploy ML algorithms, including LLMs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements.
• Conduct data discovery and analysis: clean, preprocess, and transform raw data.
• Ensure data quality and integrity

• Produce visualizations and insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and train LLMs using deep learning techniques (e.g., transformers, RNNs).

• Experience with large datasets and high-performance computing environments.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical inference, and ML techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and big data processing (AWS Glue, Apache Spark).

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist (focus on generative AI and ML).
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their applications in AI.
• Experience with Agent + RAG systems in data science and AI.
• Proficiency in Python/R and ML libraries (Lang Chain, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Dataiku).

• Preferred: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Additional Information
• Candidate should be able to ingest COTS systems documentation (user guides, development manuals, DB ERDs, training material, etc.).
• Create application data mapping to a business normalization standard (
  OAGI
  ) to provide standardized data taxonomy and dictionaries for enterprise data mapping solutions.

• Standardization: OAGIS ensures consistent data models for reliable sharing across applications.
• Interoperability: BODs establish a common "business language" for information exchange between systems.
