• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of insurance agents to meet individual and team performance goals
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and team training sessions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance on insurance products and risk management
• Collaborate with agency leadership to set sales targets and implement growth strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators and produce reports for agency leadership
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
• Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Virginia (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Demonstrate 3+ years of insurance sales or account management experience
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
