Recovery Specialist
Job OverviewHarris Loftus, PLLC, a fast-growing law firm representing national clients across three states, is seeking a Legal Recovery Specialist.
About the RoleWe are looking for an organized, dynamic, and communicative Legal Recovery Specialist with experience in a legal setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for post-judgment collection efforts, from start to finish. They will also help other internal teams manage workloads and improve collection statistics.
What you’ll be doing- Preparing and filing court documents in Maryland and Georgia
- Engaging with co-workers and outside vendors to improve workflows
- Maintaining current knowledge of local rules in various jurisdictions
- Communicating with attorneys/consumers on a wide range of legal and financial matters
- Exceeding monthly goals (with bonus pay!)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Preferred)
- Experience in office setting (Preferred)
