• Bill of Material creation for new kitting articles in SAP for VLS Thailand CLC based on NACR request, supply chain optimization (lead time reduction due to sourcing directly from production plant) or other strategic request from sales.
• Close alignment with 3PL in TH CLC & schedule on time kitting/wrapping activities to prevent Rusty issue.
• Close coordination with packaging engineer to improve & optimize product packaging of local kitting parts
• Applying Lean/Move culture align with VLS HQ Strategic Logistic.
• Involve and support Logistic activities in VLS AP WHs such as Logistic Network Strategy, Kitting optimization/localization, Sustanaibility activities etc.
• Managing the KPI performance for all VLS AP WHs (Cost, Delivery & Quality)
• VLS Asia Pacific Logistic budget responsibility OH-areas
• Support VLS AP strategic projects which need Logistic support/solution such as Battery project, E-commerce project etc.
• Coordinate and ensure up to date SCM Key Performance Indicator for tracking & Audit purpose.
• Close coordination and interaction with Schaeffler Country Units, Regional HQs and VLS HQ management.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

• Degree in SCM/Logistic preferred or Business Management.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in international logistic operations / supply chain.
• Experience in warehouse processes, KPI and liaise with 3rd party provider.
• Think out of the box and process oriented.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and able to work independently.
• English, fluently spoken and written.
