The Assistant Project Manager assists their assigned Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.
Location & Travel DetailsOpportunity to travel across the U.S. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time. Potential to be placed on a project site located in various states: NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY. Average stay 6-8 months per project. Eligible employees receive designated daily per diem, relocation assistance, vehicle allowance. Travel home rotation one weekend per month.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3-5 years work experience within the construction industry, or 7+ years experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and organization development skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- OSHA Certification
- Project Scheduling Experience
- Document Control Experience
- Experience in projects greater than $20 million
- Ability to travel within the U.S.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Compensation $70,000-$90,000 / year, commensurate with experience
