  • Enforce safety procedures, jobsite compliance, and documentation
  • Participate in post-installation reviews and punch list resolution
  • Support corrective action plans when issues arise

Process Improvement

  • Standardize operational procedures, checklists, and field reporting
  • Improve communication flow between PMs, installers, and leadership
  • Recommend improvements to scheduling, labor utilization, and field efficiency
  • Support scalability as the company grows

  • Support PMs with job closeout and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in
construction operations, security systems, or specialty trades

    field crews and project execution
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction environments
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and installation details
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable making decisions and enforcing standards
  • Willingness to travel as needed to job sites

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with
    high-security environments
    (government, defense, data centers)
  • Familiarity with
RF, STC, ballistic, or specialty door systems
  • Background working with Project Managers and multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience implementing operational processes and SOPs
  • Military, defense contractor, or federal project experience a plus
