Join Micron Technology to contribute to memory and storage solutions as a Fab Support Equipment Maintenance Technician. This role ensures operational efficiency and reliability of manufacturing support equipment.

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshoot to mitigate equipment downtime.
• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify issues with equipment used in manufacturing.
• Disassemble, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, or technical drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate process improvements.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to optimize production efficiency.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
• Adhere rigorously to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Willingness to adapt to varying job responsibilities and shift assignments, including night shifts.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off); capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient understanding of AC/DC and digital electronics circuits, including foundational knowledge of electricity.

• Associate degree in a relevant field, progress toward a STEM‑related degree, equivalent military training, or pertinent work experience.
• Practical proficiency in mechatronics, robotics, fundamentals of electricity, technical writing, electrical power and machinery, or statics.
• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Automotive ASE certifications.
