Qualifications- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on);
Aveanna will assist after hire if necessary. - TB skin test within last 12 months.
- Six‑month prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
