• Active Virginia CNA license
• Adherence to our Five Behaviors: I learn, I care, I energize, I include, I engage
• Completed CNA training (required) with at least six months of experience in long-term care (preferred)
• Current Adult CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (polished, patient, courteous)
• Basic computer, math, and problem-solving skills
• Punctual and able to work the full established schedule
• Sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, turning, bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling
• Lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance

• Assisting residents with daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for
• Taking and recording vital signs and measuring intake and output
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Documenting resident care and maintaining accurate medical records
