UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse Residency Intermediate Critical Care for new graduates starting in November, December and January. This full-time position features rotating shifts and a structured residency to develop critical care competencies in a supportive team.
The RN resident will collaborate with physicians and staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, while prioritizing patient advocacy and safety across transitions in care.
