Our franchise organization, BOTH Inc Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly SERVERS to join our team! Full-time and part-time positions (Evenings and Weekends). AM and PM shifts. Flexible shifts. FREE all you can eat buffet meal every shift. No tip sharing - the tips are EXCELLENT!

Servers earn up to $25+ per hour (base and tips).

• The main responsibility of the Server is “Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable.”
• Fulfilling Golden Corral’s mission statement requires a positive attitude and ongoing professionalism.
• Hospitality is the most important part of the Server’s responsibilities, including a clean, neat appearance, positive attitude, and courtesy.
• Hospitality:
  Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Practice positive public relations by ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and an inclusive environment for all guests.
• Aware of guests’ needs and work to make the guests’ experience pleasurable.
• Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
• Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Operational Excellence:
  Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure receipts match the number of guests in the party.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
• Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
• Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of coworkers and guests.
• Cleanliness:
  Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards; follow local health department laws.
• Position requires standing and walking for 3-4+ hours without a rest break; regular lifting and carrying (10-30 lbs); bending and reaching; work in a restaurant environment with exposure to temperature extremes; pushing and pulling for cleaning as needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift 10-30 lbs as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
