Position:
Server PT and FT at Golden Corral Corporation
.

Interviews are Monday to Saturday anytime between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM with no appointment needed. This franchise organization, BOTH Inc Golden Corral, is seeking energetic, friendly servers to join the team.

• The main responsibility of the Server is to provide a pleasurable dining experience in line with Golden Corral’s mission. This includes maintaining a positive attitude and ongoing professionalism, and ensuring a clean, neat appearance, courtesy, and guest-focused service.
• Hospitality:
  Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service; foster an inclusive, welcoming environment; be attentive to guest needs and enhance their experience; show enthusiasm and knowledge about products and promotions; promote teamwork to ensure outstanding service.
• Operational Excellence:
  Understand product specifications, verify receipts match party size, perform opening and closing procedures, report equipment or facility issues to the manager, be familiar with proper table bussing, and follow safe work practices.
• Cleanliness:
  Maintain cleanliness, follow service and quality standards, and comply with local health department requirements.

• Position requires standing and walking for 3-4+ hours without a rest break; regular lifting of 10-30 lbs; bending and reaching; work is performed in a restaurant environment with exposure to temperature extremes.
• Ability to work both Full-time and Part-time shifts (AM and PM; flexible scheduling).
• Strong customer service attitude, teamwork, and guest-focused approach.
• No specific formal education requirement stated; entry-level opportunities available.

• Servers can earn up to $25+ per hour (base pay plus tips).
• Free all-you-can-eat buffet meal provided on every shift.
• No tip sharing; tips are distributed to servers directly.
