  Previous experience working in a kitchen setting is highly beneficial for line cooks. This may include positions such as prep cook, dishwasher, kitchen assistant, or other entry-level kitchen roles.

  Dishwashers often work in fast-paced environments where they need to manage their time efficiently to keep up with the flow of dirty dishes and utensils.
• Knowledge of Safety Procedures:
  Dishwashers should be familiar with safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. This includes proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Technological Proficiency
• Use of Dishwashing Equipment:
  Dishwashers should be proficient in operating various types of dishwashing equipment, including commercial dishwashers, conveyor belts, and pot washers.
• Desirable - Understanding of Chemicals and Cleaning Agents:
