We pride ourselves on high-quality food, seamless service, and impeccable attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Baker
to join our team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares, produces, and bakes pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts.
• Develops new products for a la carte or menus on a rotating basis.
• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
• Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
• Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard food service equipment

• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/

EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  
  High School or equivalent. Coursework in restaurant preferred.
• 2 years prior baking experience is required
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
