Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift. They may also help their assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
Compensation Offered- Hourly Pay between $13.25 and $17.00, based on experience and availability.
