Responsibilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy of the guest’s order.
• Provide excellent menu and product knowledge and communicate effectively with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.
• Operate the POS system proficiently and ensure accuracy of the cash drawer.
• Be a team player and thank guests sincerely for their business.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
• Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives as directed.
• Able and willing to perform other restaurant functions such as food preparation or cleaning per management direction or duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to established food safety guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
