Base pay range: $13.50/hr - $13.50/hr (pay may be higher based on experience). This is a part‑time position requiring a minimum of 16 years of age.

Primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer’s needs, exceeding expectations, and making every shopping visit pleasant. This includes following correct bagging procedures, providing carry‑out and parcel pickup service, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Language: ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions in English; ability to present information to English‑speaking customers, clients, and associates.
• Mathematical skill: ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers.
• Reasoning ability: apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions; handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Certificates/licenses/registrations: complete company training, including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge.
• Physical demands: regular standing, walking, hand use, reaching, talking, hearing, and smelling; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; lifting/moving up to 40 lbs and reaching 6–72 inches; vision requirements include close vision and depth perception.
• Work environment: typical retail store conditions with normal temperature variations, lighting, noise levels, and exposure to food and beverage items.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
