The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing excellent customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.

Assistant managers also lead talent initiatives, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development, fostering an inclusive environment for their team and customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will build upon their initial foundation and have opportunities to grow into future store leaders.
