Responsibilities- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for loyalty.
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
- Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts—including direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
- One year of automotive sales experience (required).
- Ambitious, energetic, goal‑oriented, and motivated to succeed.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and follow‑up skills.
- Coachable, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
- Outgoing "people person" passionate about sales and helping clientele.
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Able to pass pre‑employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Annual earning potential $60,000‑$100,000+.
- Bi‑weekly base salary plus monthly commission.
