Your Role
- Generate and qualify new leads across Northern Virginia, focusing on homeowners impacted by storm damage.
- Educate homeowners on our services and guide them through the remodeling/restoration process.
- Manage your sales pipeline from first introduction to signed agreement.
- Collaborate with experienced estimators and use industry-leading software to win business.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy meeting new people.
- Self-motivated with a track record of follow-through and persistence.
- Coachable and eager to learn—you see feedback as fuel.
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
Background in sales, customer service, or construction is a plus—but not required. If you bring the drive, we’ll provide the tools and training.
