- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Aircraft Mechanic, with experience in maintenance, sheet metal repairs, and/or avionics troubleshooting.
- Candidates must live within a one-hour drive or sixty (60) miles (whichever is greater) of their primary base of residence.
- Travel between bases is required as part of the role.
- Basic communication and computer skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment), drug screening, and background check.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work varying schedules, including night shifts.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters to ensure airworthiness and safety.
- Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls, including sheet metal repairs and avionics troubleshooting.
- Adhere to FAA regulations and company maintenance policies.
- Document all maintenance actions and ensure compliance with technical publications.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
