We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent specializing in steel work for a specialty contracting firm. This role involves overseeing and coordinating projects across multiple job sites, with a focus on fabrication, installation, and specialized construction involving heavy metals. The position is based out of Manassas, VA, and requires frequent site visits.

• Oversee the fabrication and installation of steel components on various construction projects.
• Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
• Visit multiple job sites daily to supervise and support ongoing projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications.

• Proficiency in metals and steel fabrication.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in steel-specific construction.

• Experience in fabrication and/or installation.

The Superintendent will work primarily on-site, with frequent travel between job locations. Collaboration is essential with team members, including the Shop Manager and Project Manager. The role involves hands‑on work in diverse environments, requiring adherence to safety standards.

Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, VA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
