WhatYou’ll Do
- Perform residential air duct and vent cleaning using professional‑grade equipment
- Inspect duct systems for dust, debris, and airflow issues
- Explain findings to homeowners clearly and professionally
- Educate customers on indoor air quality and system cleanliness
- Recommend additional services when appropriate (dryer vent cleaning, IAQ solutions, UV lights, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment inside customers’ homes
- Accurately complete job documentation and close out work orders
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Duct cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn —
paid training provided - Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physical, hands‑on work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards and best practices preferred; willingness to learn and train to industry standards required
- $18–$20 per hour base pay
