SEASONED RESIDENTIAL HANDYMAN — 15+ YEARS IN THE TRADE $25–$45+ Per Hour Company Van Steady Work Monday–Friday

You've been doing this a long time.

You've repaired old houses.

You've remodeled kitchens and baths.

You've fixed the things nobody else could figure out.

You've walked into a job, looked it over and knew what needed to be done.

That's the kind of handyman we're looking for.

We're looking for a
seasoned residential handyman with 15+ years of hands-on experience who still enjoys working with his tools and taking pride in a job well done.

KNOW YOUR WAY AROUND A HOUSE

You should be comfortable handling a variety of residential repairs, including:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Painting
• Drywall and patching
• Doors and trim
• Flooring and tile
• Deck and fence repairs
• Remodeling and renovations
• General home repairs and maintenance

You don't have to be an expert at everything.

But you should be good at a lot of things.

You need to be able to walk into a customer's home, figure out what's wrong, explain the repair and get the job done right.

EXPERIENCE COUNTS

We're looking for someone who has 15+ years of real-world residential repair experience.

Someone who:

• Knows the trade
• Has their own tools
• Can troubleshoot problems without being told every step
• Takes pride in their workmanship
• Shows up when they're supposed to
• Can work on their own
• Treats customers and their homes with respect
• Keeps the work area clean
• Communicates with the homeowner
• Is looking for steady work instead of chasing the next job

We're not looking to teach you how to be a handyman. We're looking for someone who already knows how to do the work. WE BRING THE WORK TO YOU

You shouldn't have to spend your evenings looking for your next customer.

We handle the phones, scheduling, marketing and customer calls.

You bring your tools and experience.

We keep you busy.

You show up, do the work and go home.

One Saturday per month

$25–$45+ per hour based on experience

WHAT YOU NEED

• 15+ years of hands-on residential handyman or home repair experience
• Strong skills in multiple trades
• Your own basic hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to work
• Good communication skills
  
  Ability to work independently
• Must live in Northern Virginia
