** Responsibilities**##
** What to expect:
*** Conduct requirements analysis for new features, enhancements, and supportability improvements.
* Produce and maintain solution papers, design documents, and technical specifications.
* Participate in design discussions and conduct design/code walkthrough meetings.
* Develop, maintain, and support Java-based backend services and application components.
* Implement and maintain integrations with Oracle database systems, including SQL and PL/SQL components.
* Contribute to cryptographic and security-related functionality and enhancements.
* Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Contribute to new feature development as well as maintenance and enhancement of existing software systems.
* Maintain adherence to Swift's security guidelines and coding standards.
* Adhere to Swift's reference architecture and design principles.
* Follow Swift's development and release methodologies (CM/CI/CD).
* Perform performance analysis, identify reliability and performance issues, and implement improvements.# Qualifications##

* Education and Experience:

*** University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in software development and maintenance of enterprise applications.## Required Technical Skills
* Proven hands-on development experience with Java and object-oriented design principles.
* Experience developing and maintaining backend services and enterprise applications.
