Be a part of the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Artificial Intelligence (AI) team working with the Advanced Development Team on the Integrated Common Processor (ICP) program.

The ICP program provides a common

Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems(IUSS) signal processing and display system software and hardware suite for the US Navy.

Work with our team as we develop cutting edge tools for our Navy customer through the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into  this position you will be responsible for:
• Software development and debugging of an MLOps workflow integrated into a tactical system both in the lab and at customer sites
• Dataset curation, labeling, and training AI/ML models
• Validating and analyzing AI/ML algorithm results, iteratively improving results
• Generating data sets for use by the team insystem testing and algorithm development
• Traveling to the tactical site to exercise the ML lifecycle (up to 25% of the time)

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree is Software Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related STEM degree
• Experience in Software development, integration, and test
• Familiarity with Linux
• Active security clearance and willing to work onsite with our team in Manassas, VA in our advanced development lab Desired Skills
• Experience with AI/ML disciplines, domain programming languages (e.g. Python, C++, Linux), models, frameworks, and toolsets
• Dev Ops experience including CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy
• Experience with Acoustic Displays – reading Sonar GRAMS
• Experience with IUSS
• Experience with C/C++, CUDA, NVIDIA libraries, cloud, containers & modern AI tools, or have implemented AI inferencing streaming (e.g. Triton, kserve, etc.)
• Experience with production ML and High Performance Compute development systems
