The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. With more than 300 locations worldwide, we help millions of children develop motor skills, confidence, and social skills through gymnastics‑based programs. Classes are taught in clean, safe, and nurturing environments that encourage children to learn at their own pace.

As Gym Director, you will lead the overall performance of a The Little Gym location. You will report directly to the owners of the franchise and be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, staff leadership, and client satisfaction.

• Teach high‑quality classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service and a membership experience that outshines competitors.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth scheduling and workflow.
• Recruit, train, and oversee staff performance.
• Maintain facility and equipment to a pristine standard.
• Promote The Little Gym program and convert leads into new members.

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for helping children grow and thrive.

Salary range: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and professional development opportunities.
