TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Manassas
is hiring Drivers (NO CDL REQUIRED). Drivers safely operate branded automatic transmission air‑conditioned 26‑foot moving truck and provide top‑notch customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings. They perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.

We offer paid drivers training and extensive safety instruction. New hires with a driver’s license and excellent driving record will receive on‑the‑job training for commercial vehicle operation and safe lifting/moving techniques.

• Drivers earn $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience.
• Tips: $200–$300 per week per person.
• Top performers can average $4–$5 extra per hour.

• At least 21 years old with a clean driver’s record; no CDL required.
• Must submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) all day, including stairs and uneven surfaces.
• Strong logic, math skills, and good hand‑eye coordination.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Prior experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, or warehouse worker is helpful.

• Provide top‑notch customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking belongings.
• Greet customers on arrival, make a positive first impression, and conduct a walk‑through of the premises.
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
