Logistics Lead (Warehouse Lead) – Manassas, VA

Join Tire Hub to lead logistics in our Manassas warehouse. As a Logistics Lead (LL), you will verify tire accuracy, manage vehicle distribution, maintain safety standards, and support customer service excellence.

• Check, pack, weigh, mark, and count tires for customer orders and ensure they are placed in assigned bin locations.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, delivery vehicles, and other equipment while following safety guidelines.
• Complete cycle counting, tallying, and marking on inventory control documents, including annual physical inventories.
• Route, dispatch, and oversee Logistics Specialists in a dispatch‑like format.
• Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
• Conduct pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections and report operational issues or mechanical defects.
• Maintain compliance with Tire Hub policies, FMCSA regulations, and federal safety standards.

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (no permit).
• Must be 19 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Roadnet, GPS, and navigation systems.
• Capable of frequent bending, pulling, rolling, twisting, and lifting; work up to 35 feet above ground‑level while tethered.
• Ability to maintain a Tire Hub‑sponsored forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.

• Lifting, pulling, pushing, and moving tires up to 50 lbs (or greater) with or without mechanical assistance.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
• Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) with little notice.
• Driving during nights or inclement weather may be required.
• Must not exceed 400 lbs or 6 ft 3 in in height to meet safety restraints.
