CDL-A Driver - Dedicated Routes

We’re looking for dedicated drivers who are passionate about driving, have strong customer service skills, and are ready to roll up their sleeves for hands‑on unloading. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

• Average pay: $1.750 per week.
• Top earners make $2.200
• $0.60 - $0.73 per mile based on verified experience
• Unload Pay: $250 per unload.
• Backhaul Pay: $ 35 per load
• Weekly Incentive Bonus: $125 weekly for completing 3 unloads.
• Weekly Miles & Loads: 1,500 miles and 3-5 loads per week
• $1.000 Sign on Bonus ($500 after first delivery, $500 after 30 days)

• Deliver dry freight to FD stores in VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, MD, and WV,
• 100 % Hand unload (box‑by‑box using rollers) with 1–6 stops per load
• Get started with ride‑along training with an experienced FD driver at $150 per day.
• Home weekly for a 34‑hour reset

• CDL-A, 21+ years old
• 3+ months TT experience (40ft+)
• Clean driving record | No SAP or DUI in past 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical & drug test
• Secure parking location for your truck and trailer.
