Job Type: Part-time (Full‑time preferred)

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Warehouse Order Picker/Packer Opportunity at VARCo Supply. Join a fast‑paced warehouse team focused on assembling custom hoses, picking orders, packing shipments, and managing inventory to support the portable toilet and septic industry.

• Pick orders accurately, ensuring correct quantities and types are staged for shipment using a double pallet jack and meeting assigned pick times.
• Pack orders into appropriate boxes with padding, attach required warnings, and prepare shipping paperwork such as labels and bills of lading.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with physical inventories, rotate stock properly, and restock materials as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and orderly work area, follow all safety protocols, and operate material handling equipment (e.g., double pallet jack, forklift batteries).
• Provide backup across warehouse areas during absences, report quality variances, accidents, or injuries to leadership, and complete required reports.

• Strong attention to detail, accurate counting, simple math, and legible writing.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation.
• Repetitive lifting up to 100 lbs and ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Equipment experience with material handling gear (double pallet jack certification a plus, training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and proven attendance history.
