Part Time Warehouse Associate

Base pay: $19.50 per hour. Peak Performance Bonus:
Earn an extra $1,200 bonus for completing the peak season (Oct 19–Dec 13). Bonus eligibility requires successful attendance and performance throughout the defined peak period.

Multiple shifts available. Shift premium of $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am. Weekly pay (Fridays). Reference and wayfair company discount included.

• Unload and receive inbound furniture orders, manually moving large, heavy goods.
• Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and handle product up to 150 pounds unassisted or via team lift.
• Use scan technology to document carton-level information—condition, quantity, and warehouse location.
• Monitor order management systems to ensure proper receive and detail any overage/shortage/damage issues.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
• Provide direct input into existing user tools and recommend improvements.
• Communicate effectively with peers and managers.
• Seek efficient ways to complete tasks and ask clarifying questions when appropriate.
• Read and comprehend English to ensure safety.
• Be cross‑trained in other departments and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and moving product up to 150 pounds unassisted or via team lift.
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
• Strong, consistent work ethic.
• Comfort with scanning technology.
• Experience in distribution or logistics is a plus.
• Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
• Read and comprehend English for safety and communication.
