Nurse Practitioner

Nursing home experience required. $160,000 per year.

Rite Med Group is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) with nursing home experience to care for the residents of Arista Care at Manchester, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility (SNF) offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care (LTC), and memory care in Ocean County. This Nurse Practitioner (NP) role is built for a provider who already knows the nursing home setting: its residents, its pace, and its regulations.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) position is the on-site clinical resource for the building, raising quality of care and reducing hospitalizations. Prior nursing home experience is required; applicants without it will not be considered.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat short-term and long-term nursing home residents
• Evaluate new admissions and respond to changes in condition
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics; manage medications
• Collaborate with attending physicians, the Director of Nursing (DON), and nursing staff
• Help reduce avoidable hospital readmissions
