Lead Superintendent

An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available in the Manchester or
Concord, NH area for an individual with 10+ years’ experience as a Superintendent for design build, turnkey construction projects, and a background in Residential and Multifamily projects. This position would earn a generous base salary with a loaded benefits package including substantial medical and life insurance benefits, a 401K w/ matching, vehicle allowance, relocation assistance, bonuses, PTO and other outstanding perks.

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent is a MUST
• Experienced with Residential and Multifamily
  ground-up/new construction projects (ranging from $1M-$10M) is a MUST
• Proficiency in communicating and coordinating with clients
  , tradesmen
  , and subcontractors is a MUST
• Experience managing a crew of up to 10 for multiple sites/projects at the same time is a MUST
• Experience with Construction Management and Administration including: maintaining daily logs, managing daily site activities, labor and material management, equipment management, safety documentation, blueprint reading etc. is PREFERRED
