Conduct daily site walks to monitor safety, quality, and productivity across all trades.
Lead regular subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logistics, including deliveries and equipment needs.
Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
Identify field issues and conflicts early and proactively develop and implement solutions.
Monitor site safety continuously and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Track deliveries, manpower levels, material usage, and equipment requirements to keep the project on target.
Prepare clear and accurate daily reports documenting project progress, site conditions, and any incidents or delays.
Coordinate required inspections and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Oversee punch list creation, management, and completion to achieve a clean and timely project turnover.
Manage project closeout activities, including documentation, final inspections, and turnover to ownership or operations.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address field issues quickly and effectively.
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Experience using construction management software such as Procore.
