We are a fast-growing company looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, Linked In prospecting, and networking.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses to understand their IT and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Deliver compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value of managed IT and security services.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess prospect needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—while coordinating with internal technical and onboarding teams.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, prospecting efforts, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay current on MSP trends, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory drivers impacting client industries (e.g., HIPAA, CMMC, FTC Safeguards).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the MSP, VAR, or IT services industry.
  • Strong technical foundation—comfortable discussing networking, cybersecurity tools, cloud services, backup, compliance, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, firewalls, MFA, data backup, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of the value of managed services, recurring revenue models, and long-term technology partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deals at various stages of the sales process.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot) and productivity tools like Microsoft 365.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field is preferred but not required.
