Our client is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for a diverse client base. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and delivering excellent service to end users.

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, and common user issues
• Manage and update support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
• Assist with account administration, password resets, and user access management
• Support devices, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi connectivity, and other desktop technologies
• Help onboard and enroll devices into endpoint management platforms
• Perform basic network troubleshooting involving DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues
• Identify potential security concerns and escalat when necessary
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while providing detailed troubleshooting notes

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical role
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed documentation
• Comfortable supporting users with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Eagerness to learn cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, and modern IT management tools
