Join iCare Health Network as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor overseeing nursing staff in our skilled nursing facility. This full‑time position operates Monday‑Friday 11 pm‑7 am, offering a competitive base pay of $105,000–$120,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize nursing unit work to ensure efficient operation.
- Lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional care to residents, including behavioral health and substance use issues.
- Participate in on‑site training and ongoing professional development.
- Valid RN license in Connecticut.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) required.
- COVID‑19 primary series vaccination required; booster shots not required.
