• Active and unencumbered RN license (Connecticut or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and surgical procedures
• Administer medications and IV therapies according to clinical protocols
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare team meetings and foster a positive work environment
